The Central Coast Watercolour Society’s Springtime Exhibition will be held at The Community Gallery, Gosford Regional Art Gallery, Webb Street, East Gosford showcasing the wonderful paintings of our local artists.


Running daily from 10 am to 4 pm on Friday 29th September to Sunday 8th October, 2017 with Jocelyn Maughan officially opening it on Friday 29th at 6 pm followed by light refreshments.  The featured artist for the exhibition is Mary Ellison, a long-time member of the society.


The stunning painting titled “Snow Field”, kindly donated by Chan Dissanayake, will be raffled during the exhibition. Chan is a multi-award-winning water colourist who lives in Canberra.  Currently teaching at the Australian National University he is a highly regarded tutor and well-respected judge of local and regional art awards.


In conjunction with the exhibition there will be free Try Your Hand at Watercolour Sessions on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October from 1 to 4 pm with tuition and artist quality materials supplied.
