THE FLASH FESTIVAL AWARDS 2014

flash festival 2014 126

35 characters, 22 actors, 11 writers and 10 directors compete for 11 awards!

Congratulations to WOY WOY LITTLE THEATRE on the success of of their first FLASH FESTIVAL. WWLT has always been strong in its support of local theatrical talent and this festival is the latest innovation to nurture new and upcoming writers, actors and directors through a series of workshops leading to a weekend of performance.

The festival showcased a variety of plays, and it was great to see new writers among the entrants, along with fresh faces on stage and behind the scenes. I was thrilled when WWLT president, Christine Vale, confirmed that the festival will continue as an annual event.

Well done, everyone involved!
